幼建鲤维生素E缺乏的病理学观察

264尾体重为(7.78±0.02)g(P>0.05)的健康幼建鲤随机分成两组,分别饲喂以正常对照饵料(维生素E100 mg/kg)和缺乏饵料(维生素E 0 mg/kg)70 d,观察幼健鲤维生素E缺乏症和器官组织病理变化。缺乏组建鲤出现体色变浅,眼球突出,背肌减少,腹部干瘪松弛等症状。剖检见内脏器官色泽暗淡,颜色蜡黄,肝脏表面透明。组织学观察,肝胰脏、头肾、脾脏细胞变性、坏死,组织淤血,淋巴细胞减少,肌纤维变性坏死,肌肉组织出血。

0211-04 Pathology of the Vitamin E Deficiency Syndrome in Juvenile Jian Carp (Cyprinus carpio Var.Jian)

264 juvenile jian carps(Cyprinus carpio Var.Jian) [initial weight(7.8±0.02) g] were randomly divided into two groups,and fed on semi-purified diets as follow: Vitamin E deficient(0 mg/kg) and control(100 mg /kg) for 70 days.Vitamin E deficiency symptoms were observed in juvenile Jian carps fed diet lack of VE.Some deficiency symptoms showed skin depigmentation,exophthalmia,apparent muscular dystrophy,marked loss of flesh in the back and flabby abdomen.Histopathologically,degeneration,necrosis and congestion were observed in hepatopancreas,head kidney and spleen.At the same time,spleen showed lymphopenia,and muscles were necrotic and hemorrhagic.
