| Abstract: | This paper introduces the programming technology and the process of realizing broadcasting network system of forest fire rank in Guangxi based on Visual FoxPro database language.It also expatiates ideas for the design,principles,general framework,developmental platform,and some essential techniques of the system how to process and transform meteorological data,how to analyze and calculate the rank indexes,and finally how to realize auto-broadcasting on line on real time. |
