摘    要:通过RT-PCR获得猪 Ghrelin基因的cDNA片段,克隆入pcDNA3.1(+)质粒中构建真核表达质粒,将质粒注射到断奶的昆明小鼠的后腿肌肉中,研究Ghrelin真核表达质粒对小鼠生长的影响。结果表明,试验组小鼠在试验第10、20、35 d的增重高于对照组,而在试验结束的第46 d增重无显著差异。说明Ghrelin基因真核表达质粒有促进小鼠生长的作用。

Abstract:The cDNA of pGhrelin was amplified by RT-PCR and was cloned into the pcDNA3.1 (+) to construct the eukaryotic expression vector. The vector was injected to rats’ hind legs’ muscle. The result showed that rat growth was improved after the injection of vector at 10, 20, 35 d post-injection in the treatment rats was higher (P<0.05) than that of control, but the rat weight at 46 d post injection in the treatment rats was not obviously improved. It suggests that the eukaryotic expression vector has the ability to promote the growth of rats. 
