猪肉价格上涨的原因及今后对策研究

近年来,我市猪肉价格持续上涨,一路攀升。日前鲜猪肉价格已达到每斤17～18元,一些市场已达到每斤20元,比去年六月的每斤12.00～13.00元上涨了28%～30%。批发价格每斤11元,去年同期为6元,增幅约1.8倍。本文以我市为例,简要分析了本轮猪肉价格上涨的原因及产生的影响并对稳定今后生猪生产发展提出了相关的建议。

Reason of Increasing of Price and Countermeasure Research in the Future

In recent years,the pork price kept going up.At present,the pork price has reached 34~36 yuan/kg,even 40yuan/kg in some markets,it increased 28%~30% compared to June last year 24~26 yuan/kg.Wholesale price is 22 yuan/kg,it was 12 yuan/kg the corresponding period peroid of last year,the growth rate was 1.8 times.In this article,take our city as an example,briefly analyzed the main reason and effects and provided involved suggetions about stablize the developmemt of pig production in the future.
