羧甲基壳聚糖灌根对日光温室黄瓜生理特性和产量的影响

摘    要:分别采用O(CK)、1/1500、1/1000和1/500(w/v)4个浓度的羧甲基壳聚糖对黄瓜进行灌根处理.以研究羧甲基壳聚糖对黄瓜生长发育及产量的影响。结果表明.适宜浓度的羧甲基壳聚糖于生长期黄瓜灌根.能明显提高黄瓜叶片的光合速率、叶绿素含量和根系活力;增加植株干物质的积累;显提高植株的株高、叶片数和叶面积。显增加了黄瓜的产量.改善了黄瓜果实的品质。

Abstract:Carboxymethyl chitosan of four concentrations of 0(ck), 1/1500, 1/1000 and 1/500 (w/v) is used to irrigate to the roots of cucumber in order to study the effect of CMC on the cucumber growth and yield, the results show that CMC with proper couentration can markedly improve the rate of photosynthesis, chlorophyll content and root activity,increase the dry weight of the plants ;obviously improve the height ,leaf number and leaf area of the plant. The yield of cucumber is clearly increased and the quality of cucumber fruit is improved.
