| Abstract: | The cotton aphid Aphis gossypii G.is a new problem for cottonculture In Xinjiang Province,China.The resistance of cotton aphidsto 16 kinds of insecticides in Turpan etc.regions were examined withthe topical application method.The results showed that cotton aphidswere susceptible to Pyrethroids and Carbamates insecticides in Turpanetc.regions while the resistance to organophosphorus insecticides hadnot obvious difference when compared with that in Gaomi,ShandongProvince.This paper works out the relative basic-line of susceptibilityto Pyrethroid and Carbamate insecticides,and diagnostic dosage of re-sistance with LD_99.The management strategy to the resistance of cot-ton aphids in Xinjiang is put forward. |
