| 摘 要： | 加快推进城乡一体化跨越式发展,是实现全面建设小康社会的重要举措。通过对黑龙江垦区城乡一体化发展的调研、考察和研究,总结了垦区在城乡一体化建设实践中统筹方针、发展思路、有利条件和制度保障等的成功经验,得出对我国发展方针、实施战略、基础条件和制度建设等方面的启示。 |

| Abstract: | Speed up the great-leap-forward development of urban-rural integration is an importantm easure to realize construction of well-off society.Through investigation and research on the urban-rurali ntegration development in Heilongjiang reclamation area,this paper concluded that the successfule xperience of the overall policy,development idea,favorable conditions and system guarantee,etc in thep rocess of construction practice.Meanwhile,it also concluded the revelation with China development policy,i mplementation strategy,the basic condition and system construction,etc. |
