黔产扁枝石松化学成分研究

摘    要:目的]为科学利用石松科植物提供试验依据。方法]利用多种柱色谱方法进行成分分离,根据波谱数据和理化性质对化合物结构进行鉴定,从而对黔产扁枝石松干燥全草80%乙醇提取物石油醚和氯仿萃取部分进行化学成分研究。结果]从黔产扁枝石松中共分离到5种化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、3乙-酰基齐墩果酸(Ⅱ)、阿魏酸(Ⅲ)、β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅳ)和石松碱(Ⅴ)。结论]化合物Ⅱ~Ⅳ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to provide experimental basis for the scientific use of Lycopodiaceae plants.Method] The chemical constituents were isolated by the various chromatographic methods and identified by the spectroscopic annlysis combined with the physicochemical data.The chemical constituents of the petroleum ether fraction and the chloroform fraction from 80% ethanol extracts of Diphasiastrum complanatum L.were studied.Result] Six compounds were eventually identified as β-sitosterol(Ⅰ),3-acetoxy-oleanolic acid(Ⅱ),ferulic acid(Ⅲ),daucosterol(Ⅳ) and lycopodine(Ⅴ).Conclusion] Compounds Ⅱ-Ⅳ were isolated from Diphasiastrum complanatum L.for the first time.
