灵芝孢子油对老龄小鼠抗氧化能力的影响

摘    要:为了开发利用灵芝孢子油资源,对灵芝孢子油进行了抗氧化作用的研究。选用老龄小鼠作为氧化模型,连续40 d给小鼠灌喂灵芝孢子油,灌胃剂量为250,750 mg/kgBW,分别相当于人体推荐剂量的10,30倍。然后测定脂质氧化产物、蛋白质氧化产物、抗氧化酶活力、抗氧化物质等相关指标。结果表明,高剂量组小鼠的血清MDA含量为6.47 nmol/mL,明显低于对照组小鼠的7.76 nmol/mL(p<0.05);高剂量组小鼠的肝组织蛋白质羰基含量为4.97 nmol/mgprot,明显低于对照组小鼠的7.08 nmol/mgprot(p<0.01)。灵芝孢子油能有效减少自由基对机体脂质和蛋白质的损伤,具有良好的抗氧化作用。

Abstract:In order to develop and utilize Ganoderma lucidum spore oil resources,the antioxidative effects of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil was studied.The aged mice were selected as the oxidation model,and the mice were given Ganoderma lucidum spore oil for 40 consecutive days.The gavage dose was 250,750 mg/kgBW,which was 10 and 30 times the recommended dose of human body,respectively.Afterwards,the oxidation indexes of lipid oxidation products,protein oxidation products,antioxidant enzyme activity and antioxidant substances were determined.The results showed that the serum MDA content in the high-dose group 6.47 nmol/mL,which was significantly lower than the 7.76 nmol/mL in the control group(p<0.05).The protein carbonyl content of liver tissue in the high-dose group 4.97 nmol/mgprot,which was significantly lower than the 7.08 nmol/mgprot in the control group(p<0.01).Ganoderma lucidum spore oil could effectively reduce the damage of free radicals to lipids and proteins of the body,and had a good antioxidant effect.
