摘    要:研究了不同浓度的盐胁迫对玉米种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,结果表明:玉米种子的发芽率和发芽势随着盐浓度的升高而呈下降的趋势,但较低浓度的盐胁迫有促进胚根生长的作用,能促进玉米种子萌发;高浓度的盐胁迫强烈抑制胚芽和胚根的生长;胚芽对盐胁迫较胚根敏感.

Abstract:The effects of different NaCl concentrations on seed germination and seedling growth of maize were studied.The results indicated that germination rate and germination viability decreased with the increasing of NaCl concentration,while low concentration of NaCl stimulated radical growth and seed germination.The growth of radical and plumule were greatly inhibited under hight concentration of NaCl stress.The plumule was more sensitive to salt stress than the radical.
