解磷解钾自生固氮菌的分离筛选及鉴定

摘    要:从华中农业大学农场试验田不同土壤中分离到一系列解磷、解钾及自生固氮菌,经比较筛选得到1组菌株P1107、P01、HZ03、NY03,它们分别具有较强的降解难溶态的磷、分解有机磷、降解难溶态的钾和固定空气中游离态氮的能力。各菌株经鉴定分别属于或接近假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)、巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus,megaterium)、胶质芽孢杆菌(Bacillus mucilaginosus)和圆褐固氮菌(Azotobacter chrococcum)。统计学分析表明由各菌株组成的复合菌剂在玉米盆栽试验中可显著增加作物的总生物量。

Abstract:A series of bacterium were isolated with the function of resolving phosphorus and potassium and of fixing nitrogen from different sorts of soil. Comparing their function from each other, the strain PJ07,P01,HZ03 and NY03 bear the highest capability in dissolving phosphorite powder, breaking down organic phosphorus,dissolving potassium feldsper powder and nitrogen fixation. Each was identified and belonged to or familiar to Pseudamonas , Bacillus.megaterium , Bacillus.mucilaginosus or Azotobacter chrococcum .
