干旱胁迫下牡丹叶片光合作用与抗氧化酶活性变化

摘    要:以现蕾期的盆栽牡丹(Paeonia suffruficosa)叶片为试材,研究了中度干旱胁迫下牡丹叶片光合作用和抗氧化酶活性的变化。结果表明:处理14 d时,与对照相比,干旱胁迫下牡丹叶片叶绿素含量下降11.06%,净光合速率下降36.27%,气孔导度下降17.65%;高浓度CO2提高了干旱胁迫下牡丹叶片的净光合速率,与大气CO2浓度相比,700μmol/mol与1000μmol/mol CO2浓度下牡丹叶片的净光合速率分别提高了17.31%和53.08%,CO2浓度升高在一定程度上弥补了干旱胁迫对牡丹叶片光合作用带来的影响。干旱胁迫下,牡丹叶片SOD和POD活性增强,在一定程度上提高了植株的抗旱能力。

Abstract:Photosynthesis and anti-oxidase activity of Paeonia suffruficosa leaves during bud growing stage were studied under drought stress.The result showed that the content of chlorophyll,net photosynthetic rate(Pn) and gas conductance(Gs) decreased by 11.3%,63.53% and 27.39%,respectively,after 14 days of treatment;The increase in CO2 concentration could enhance the Pn of Paeonia suffruficosa leaves under drought stress.The Pn of plants under 700μmol/mol CO2 and 1000μmol/mol CO2 increased by 54.84% and 58.78%,respectively.Increase in CO2 concentration could,to a certain extent,compensate the decline of Pn of plants caused by drought stress.Increase in SOD and POD activities in Paeonia suffruficosa leaves enhanced the resistance to drought stress.
