| 摘 要： | 本文在介绍重庆市涪陵区1998-2008年间城镇化水平现状的基础上，通过分析涪陵区城镇化发展的外在和内在驱动机制，对涪陵区城镇化趋势进行定性分析，最后再运用综合增长率法和剩余劳动力转移法分别预测出2015年和2020年的总人口和城镇常住人口，得出涪陵区在2015和2020年的城镇化水平。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the status of urbanization level of the district of Fuling in Chongqing during 1998-2008, and studies the urbanization tendency and its external and internal motivation mechanism. The total population and urban resident population in 2015 and 2020 are forecasted by comprehensive growth rate and rural redundant labor shifting. It finally gets the urbanization level of Fuling in 2015 and 2020. |
