摘    要:以0.5%RNA为筛选培养基的惟一碳源和惟一氮源,对目标微生物施以环境选择压力,从浏阳河地区土壤中筛选一株核酸酶活力较高产生菌株LM-7。经初步鉴定,该菌株为青霉属、二轮不对称青霉类、桔青霉系。结果表明:菌株LM-7在培养温度30℃、摇床转速180 r/min的条件下,以改良的察氏培养基液体发酵2.5 d,发酵液的核酸酶P1活力达283 U/ml。

Abstract:With 0.5% RNA as the sole carbon resource and the sole nitrogen resource of the screening medium,a producing strain LM-7 with higher nuclease activity was screened from soil of Liuyang River area by treating objective microbial with pressure of environmental selection,.The preliminary identification results showed that the strain belonged to Penicillium citrinum sp.The results showed that under the culture condition with rotational speed of shaker at 180 r/min and temperate of 30 ℃ the strain LM-7 was cultured by submerged fermentation with improved Czapek medium for 2.5 d and the nuclease P1 activity in fomentation liquid reached 283 U/ml.
