Ca(N03)2对马铃薯脱毒试管苗生长的影响

摘    要:以添加0、5、10、15、20mmol/LCa(NO3)2浓度的MS培养基对马铃薯尤金脱毒试管苗进行增殖培养,比较不同浓度的Ca(NO3)2对试管苗生长的影响。结果表明,15mmol/L的Ca(NO3)2对马铃薯尤金脱毒试管苗的生长有显著促进作用,并缩短了继代周期。

Abstract:The plantlets in vitro potato propagation were treated by MS medium containing 0, 5, 10, 15 and 20 mmol/L of Ca(NO3)2 for multiplicated. The effect on the in vitro growth of virus-free potato of different concentration of Ca(NO3)2 was compared. The results showed that MS medium containing 15 mmol/L of Ca (NO3)2 had significant effect on plant height of plantlets, and it was most suitable for growth of potato virus-free plantlets. And the propagation cycle was also cut down.
