生鲜农产品温控供应链发展策略研究

摘    要:近年来,人们越来越关注生鲜农产品品质,温控供应链是保障生鲜农产品品质的关键。通过梳理生鲜农产品温控供应链的概念,总结了温控供应链的特点,找出其中的不足并对生鲜农产品供应链体系建设发展提供了建议,以期加快生鲜农产品供应链体系建设进程,促进生鲜农产品温控供应链的健康发展。

Research on Development Strategy of Temperature-Controlled Supply Chain for Fresh Agricultural Products
Abstract:In recent years, there has been an increasing emphasis on the qualities of fresh agricultural products, and the temperature-controlled supply chain plays a pivotal role in ensuring and maintaining the qualities. This paper aims to summarize the characteristics of temperature-controlled supply chain, address the limitations, and propose recommendations for establishing and enhancing a robust supply chain system specifically tailored for fresh agricultural products through sorting out the concepts, in order to speed up the construction process of fresh agricultural products supply chain system and promote the healthy development of temperature-controlled supply chain for fresh agricultural products.
