思茅松嫩枝扦插繁殖研究

摘要:以思茅松5个月生实生苗的主梢和去主梢后的萌生枝作插穗,在西南林学院温室大棚内采用不同基质、不同激素类型和浓度进行扦插试验.结果表明:思茅松属愈伤组织生根型,生根率最高可达90%以上;4种基质中,珍珠岩生根率较细砂、碳灰、腐质土高,从生根质量上看珍珠岩+腐殖土(2:1)最佳;激素处理能缩短生根时间,提高生根数量和平均根长.但在生根率方面,无明显作用.不同激素处理间生根效果也有一定差异,用吲哚乙酸处理的生根效果最好,其次是吲哚乙酸和萘乙酸的等比例混合,再次为萘乙酸,最差的是直接用生根粉蘸插.采用珍珠岩+腐殖土(2:1)作基质、低浓度吲哚乙酸处理对思茅松嫩枝扦插较为适宜.

Abstract:Cuttage experiments with semi -lignified apical shoots from five -month -old seedlings of Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis and with tender sprouts developed from topped seedlings treated by varied substrates, gradient concentration of plant growth regulators were carried out in the greenhouse of Southwest Forestry College.It was showed that Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis belongs to callus rooting type and the highest rooting rate could be over 90%.The highest rooting rate was obtained when perlite was applied as substrate, while the best rooting quality was produced by perlite mixed with humus soil(2:1).It was demonstrated by the experiments that plant growth regulators could shorten the rooting period, increase rooting number and length of the new roots, but they did not show much effect on promoting rooting rate of this tree species.Among the plant growth regulators tested, IAA had the best rooting results, followed by mixture of IAA and NAA, then NAA, and the rooting powder dipping got the worst result.According to rooting rate, rooting number, and average length of new roots, it was concluded that perlite +humus (2:1)as substrate, and 100 μg/g of IAA as plant growth regulator was the best treatment for semi -lignified shoot cutting of Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis.
