摘    要:通过试验,确定一种简洁有效的方法来测定苹果中多菌灵的残留量。试验表明,苹果样品中多菌灵添加回收率在86.2%~101.9%之间,最小检出量为1.5ng,满足测定要求。多菌灵在苹果果皮中的消解动态方程为C=5.528e-0.1224d,半衰期为5.65d,果心中的消解方程为C=1.330e-0.1573d,半衰期为4.41d,果肉中的消解方程为C=1.255e-0.2970d,半衰期为2.33d。

Abstract:A compact and effective method for determination of the residues of Carbendazim in apple was confirmed through the experiment. The fortified recoveries of Carbendazim were 86.2%~101.9% in the apple sample and the detection limit was 1.5ng; it can meet the experiment request. The elimination equation of dynamic state of Carbendazim for the apple peel, apple core and apple pulp are C=5.528e-0.1224d,C=1.330e-0.1573d and C=1.255e-0.2970d, the half-life time are 5.65, 4.41 and 2.33 days.
