天津地区波尔山羊杂交后代及小尾寒羊杂交后代血常规生理值测定

波尔山羊、小尾寒羊是近几年天津地区引入的优良肉羊品种，其杂交后代在天津适应性和生物发育表现良好，为了在疾病的诊断，防治中提供一些血液学方面的参考数据，我们对波尔山羊交后代，小尾寒羊杂交后代分析进行了部分血液常规测定，主要测量项目有红细胞计数，白细胞计数，血红蛋白含量、红细胞比容和红细胞沉降率等指标，测出了血液成分的正常变化范围和平均值。

Simple Test for Blood Sample of F1 Generation of Boer Goat and F1 Generation of Short Tail Sheep

Boer goat and short tail sheep are good meat varieties introduced to Tianjin in recent years. After mating them with the local goat, the growth and health of next generations are very good in Tianjin area.Routine analysis of blood was made to the F 1 generation in order to provide some data references in blood science for the diagnosis and treatment of disease in the future.The main items are numbers of erythrocytes, leukocytes,content of hemoglobin,packed cell volume and sedimentation rate of erythrocytes,etc. According to the results of the simple test,the normal change range and the average of all elements are got.
