N.b和SCM6交叉感染对家蚕中肠碱性磷酸酶活性的影响

摘    要:以家蚕病原性微孢子虫Nosema Bombyx和SCM6交叉感染家蚕,每种交叉感染设不同病原浓度下的同时攻毒和先后攻毒处理,每2d取样测定中肠碱性磷酸酶活性.试验结果表明,当家蚕受到不同浓度的N.b、SCM6感染及不同组合的交叉感染后,受到感染的家蚕中肠AKP活性均出现一定程度的降低,被SCM6/N.b组合感染的家蚕中肠AKP活性高于N.b/SCM6及N.b-SCM6组合.

Abstract:Silkworm was cross-infected with Nosema bombycis(N.b)and/or SCM6 with different concentrations and methods,and AKP(alkaline phosphatase)activity in the midgut was measured at two-day intervals.The results showed that AKP activity in the midgut of the silkworm infected by N.b and SCM6 was lower than the water control.When the silkworm was cross-infected by N.b and SCM6(first infected by SCM6 then by N.b),AKP activity in the midgut was higher than N.b/SCM6(first infected by N.b,and then by SCM6)or N.-SCM6(first infected by N.b and SCM6 at the same time).
