| 摘 要： | 针对石羊河流域严重的缺水问题,在评价现状水资源供需平衡的基础上,预测了该流域近期的水资源供需平衡,分析了缺水程度,提出了强化节水措施及其达到的目标、实施外流域调水的方案和防治水污染的对策。

| Abstract: | Considering the severe water shortage in the catchments of Shiyang river and on the basis of the assessment of demand and supply balance in water resources, the paper predicts the demand and supply balance in water resources in the near future, analyzes the possible severity of the water shortage, put forward the measures of intensified water saving and expected goals whereof, the plan to implement the program to transfer water from outside, and the measures to control water pollution. |
