| 摘 要： | 通过分析我国化肥产业政策对化肥企业的产品创新、化肥替代技术研发机构创新和环境友好农业技术创新机制形成的影响效应,对我国化肥产业政策的决策机制、补贴体系、化肥企业定位和农资流通机制改革提出建议,以促进化肥产业政策改革与环境友好农业技术创新的协同推进。
