| 摘 要： | 通过试验设计,比较了插穗木质化程度与促根激素种类对南洋楹扦插生根的影响.试验结果表明:3种不同木质化程度插穗和3种不同促根激素及对照对扦插成活率的影响差异达到显著或极显著水平;半木质化中段枝条的平均成活率优于或显著优于其他两种材料,促根激素ABT和GGR显著优于一般生根粉和对照;半木质化中段枝条加上ABT促根激素处理为...

| Abstract: | Comparative experiments were conducted on different lignification degrees and different types of root taking promoters effect on the cutting survival rate of Paraserianthes falcataria.The results showed that the differences of cutting survival rates in the two effects were significant or highly significant,the average survival rate of half lignification′s middle-sect branch was better than the other two materials,the ABT and GGR were remarkably better than rooting power and comparison,the combination of half lignification′s middle-sect branch+ABT effect best,those survival rate reached 89%. |
