苕子、花生根瘤菌种的选育和应用

摘    要:激光对生物效应的研究和在工、农、医方面上的应用有很大发展。国内使用激光技术诱变短小芽孢杆菌AS1.271等均取得一定效果。本研究的CO_2激光诱变的苕子根瘤菌株4′—004,1′—006和CO_2、N_2激光诱变的花生根瘤菌株CO_2—5′、N_2—01具感染性强,结瘤数多,固氮率高的优良特性。

Abstract:The application of Laser has greatly developed in the research on biological effect and in industry, agriculture, surgery. In China, the application of Laser technology has brought some results to Bac. pumilus As1.271 and Other mutant. Higher N_2—fixing Capacity and more nodulation accompanied with stronger infectivity were resulted from the selection of Rh. Vicia strains 4'——004, 1'006 of CO_2 Laser mutgenic and Rh. Arachis strain CO_2—5',N_2—01 of N_2 Laser mutgenic.
