| 摘 要： | 以镇痛药效为指标研究柴胡的药动学、结果发现柴胡的最低起效剂量为０．１１ｇ／ｋｇ，吸收速率常数为０．３０／ｈ，消除速率常数为０．１４／ｈ，效应呈现半衰期、效应消除半衰期、效应达峰时间及效应维持时间分别为２．３１ｈ，４．９５ｈ，４．７６ｈ和１５．３ｈ。

| Abstract: | Pharmacokine of Bupleurum chinense DC. was studied with analgesic effect in mice. The result showed that the minimal effective dose in p. o.,abstraction rate constant (ka),elimination rate constant(ke),effect half-life time (t1/2 (ka ) ), half-life time for elimination effective (t1/2 (ke) )were 0. 11g/kg,0. 30/h, 0. 14/h, 2. 31h, and 4. 95h,respectively. The peak time and action period of effect were 4. 76hand 15. 3h. |
