湿法纤维板热压机改造的设计计算

摘    要:本文讨论了将面压5.5MPa、热压板1150×2250×50、湿法生产纤维板的热压机改造成面压3.5MPa、热压板1400×2650×90、生产中密度纤维板的热压机的设计计算问题.计算结果表明,原液压系统可满足要求;框架的上、下梁要更换加长,侧支柱仍旧利用,经验算,改造后框架的强度和刚度符合要求.为了提高产品质量和劳动生产率,在改造后的热压机上新增了一套同时闭合机构.

Abstract:This paper studied the design and calculation problem of wet process fibreboard hot press (surface force 5. 5MPa, hot pressing board 1150×2250× 50) remaking medium density fibreboard hot press (surface force 3. 5MPa,hot pressing board 1400×2650×90). The results indicated that the primary hydraulic system could statisfy requirement,the super and lo lower beams of frame must be changed lengening,but the side crutches can also be used, checking computations, the strength and stiffness of the remaking frame coincided requirement. In order to improve the product quality and the productivity of labour, a set of simultaneous close mechanism was added in the remaking hot press.
