摘    要:采用模糊数学方法综合评价了石羊河流域地表水环境质量现状 ,并利用类比法对历年各监测断面资料进行比较分析 ,研究石羊河流域地表水环境的演化历史与红崖山水库的污染原因。结果表明石羊河干流武威市凉州区至红崖山水库河段污染严重 ,主要由于 2 0 0 0年以来河流水量减少、排污量增加、企业污水处理设施落后和红崖山水库发展渔业所致。必须采取严格的综合治理措施 ,主要包括加强监督管理、严格环境执法、宣传教育、节水及合理分配水资源等几方面。

Abstract:The fuzzy mathematics integration method was used to evaluate the status of surface water quality.The result showed: the quality of the upriver water was fresh, belong to I type, and was suitable for various kinds of uses; The water in the middle reach was polluted and belong to V type; The water in the Hongya Reservoir was polluted seriously. Although through self-purification of the river and function of diluting, the pollution had already been alleviated to some extentand the water still belong to V type, just its jurisdiction of degree was slightly smaller than the middle reach. the reasons of the water pollution on the basis of probing into the course of surface water evolvement was analysed. The main reasons of water pollution were of the increases of pollutant emissions and the reduces of coming water from upriver.
