摘    要:为探索发酵床养猪垫料废弃资源作为毛木耳培养料的再利用技术,以毛木耳781 为试验菌种,采用试管培养的方法,探讨发酵床养猪废弃垫料以不同比例替代麦麸、木屑的培养基质配方对毛木耳菌丝生长效果的影响。试验结果表明:以发酵床腐殖质代替50%木屑的培养基,菌丝生长速度最快、培养后期的持续生长力最强。试验证实,纤维含量丰富的发酵床养猪废垫料,适宜作为毛木耳菌丝培养的木屑替代料,其最大替代比例为50%,可有效促进菌丝生长速度与持续生长势;而以发酵床养猪废垫料替代部分麦麸作为培养料,则明显削弱菌丝后期的生长速度。

Mycelium Culture Medium Screen of Auricularia polytricha with Microbial Fermentation Bed Pig Litter as Substitute Material
Abstract:In order to explore the recycle technology of microbial fermentation bed pig litter as the cultivation material of Auricularia Polytricha, the Auricularia Polytricha 781 was used as the strain in the experiment, using method of test tube culture, and the influences of the culture medium formula replaced wheat bran and sawdust in different proportion with microbial fermentation bed pig litter on mycelia growth were discussed. The results showed that using the microbial fermentation bed pig litter instead of 50 percent sawdust as the culture medium, the mycelia growth rate was fastest and the continuous growth power in the late cultivation was also strongest. The experiment certified that the microbial fermentation bed pig litter which was rich in fiber content was suitable as a substitution of sawdust in the mycelia cultivation of Auricularia Polytricha, and its maximum substitute rate was 50 percent when it could effectively promote the mycelia growth rate and the continuous growth vigor. While the microbial fermentation bed pig litter taking the place of wheat bran as the compost, the growth rate of later mycelia could be weaken obviously.
