摘    要:研究了不同品种间愈伤组织诱导及植株再生的差异.结果表明,MS+2,4-D(2.0 mg/L)+6-BA(0.5mg/L)+蔗糖0.3%+琼脂0.08%,MS+KT(0.5 mg/L)+NAA(0.01 mg/L)+蔗糖0.3%+琼脂0.08%,1/2MS+NAA(0.01 mg/L)+蔗糖0.15%+琼脂0.08%分别是紫花苜蓿的愈伤组织诱导、芽、根分化的适宜诱导培养基.

Abstract:This paper is to probe into the difference of callus induction and plants regeneration among different alfalfa cultivars.The results showed that the most suitable for restoring the tissue,bud and root were as follows:MS 2,4-D(2.0 mg/L) 6-BA(0.5 mg/L) sucrose 0.3 % agar 0.08 %,MS KT(0.5 mg/L) NAA(0.01 mg/L) sucrose 0.3 % agar 0.08 %,1/2MS NAA(0.01 mg/L) sugar 0.15 % agar 0.08 % separately.
