石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定土壤和水系沉积物中的钼

摘    要:本文报道采用石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定土壤和水系沉积物中的钼,样品用HClO_4-HF消化,用HNO_3溶解残渣。本方法测定灵敏度达10pg/1%A,变异系数为4.5~5.4%,回收率为102~107%。

Abstract:A procedure of direct determination of molybdenum in soil and sediments of hydrographic net by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was described. The samples were digested in a Teflon crucible by treatment with a mixture of HClO_4-HF. Nitric acid was used for the final dissolution of digested samples. The sensitivity of the method had a characteristic mass of 10 pg/1 %A. The cofficient of variation obtained for the method was 4. 5鈥?.4%. The recovery ratio was 102-107%.
