| 摘 要： | 报道了太白山自然保护区AM真菌资源调查结果，共获AM真菌35种，隶属4个属。其中，球囊霉属(Glomus)29种(包括3种中国新纪录种和6种未定种)，无梗囊霉属(Acaulospora)4种，内养囊属(Entrophospora)、巨孢囊霉属(Gigaspora)各1种。并对AM真菌在不同土壤带的资源组成及其生态分布进行了分析。主要分布于北方碱性土中的摩西球囊霉(Glomus mosseae)在太白山自然保护区的偏酸性土壤中广泛分布。

| Abstract: | An investigation conclusion of AMF in Taibai Mountain Nature Preserve is reported in this paper.35 species of AMF are found,those belong to 4 genera: Glomus (29 species) (including 3 new species in China and 6 species that have not been identified),Acaulospora (4 species),Entrophospora (1 species) and Gigaspora (1 species).The composition and the ecological distribution of AMF in different soil belts are also studied.It is found that Glomus mosseae (Nicol &.Gerd.) Gerd.& Trappe which mainly existed in the North alkaline soil is widely distributed in the acid soil of Taibai Mountain Nature Preserve. |
