| 摘 要： | 本实验采用常规血凝抑制试验对兔瘟油乳剂灭活疫苗和组织灭活疫苗在兔体内抗体消长进行检测，并分析比较了两种疫苗的抗体水平及消长规律。结果表明：油乳剂灭活疫苗与组织灭活疫苗在各自抗体最高峰时存在极显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），即兔瘟乳剂灭活疫苗在５０天时产生的抗体极显著地高于兔瘟组织灭活疫苗最高峰时的抗时水平，这一结果为兔瘟油乳剂灭活疫苗生产上的应用提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | By using the standard method of hemagglutination inhibition, antibody titers against rabbit pest viruses (RPeV ) were tested and compared between rabbits immunized intramuscularly with the inactivated vaccine in oil-emulsion and inactivated tissue vaccine respectively. The results indicated that the inactivated vaccine in oil-emulsion stimulated significant higher(P<0. 01) anti-body leveis against RPeV that the inactivated tissue vaccine when the antibody in both groups went to the pecks 50 days after immunization. |
