安祖花试管苗工厂化生产技术的研究

摘    要:以进口安祖花"火焰"的芽为外植体进行了安祖花试管苗工厂化生产技术的研究。结果表明:安祖花芽诱导的最佳培养基是MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L+2,4-D0.1mg/L,启动快,而且愈伤组织的质量好。诱导培养基中加入2,4-D比单一采用NAA效果好。最适的增殖培养基为MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L,增值系数达4倍以上,且芽分化率高,生长健壮。使用经消毒的进口基质且移栽后喷施0.1%多菌灵,可以有效防止安祖花试管苗假植期病菌的侵染,使移栽成活率达到95%以上。

Abstract:Study on the technology of imported Anthrium andraeanum Lind "Dakota"factory producing with its bud as explant has been carried out. The results indicated that the optimal medium for bud induction was MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L +NAA0.1 mg/L +2,4-D 0.1 mg/L. Combined with 2,4-D was much better than NAA. The favorable proliferation medium was MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L +NAA0.1 mg/L which its proliferation rate was more than 4. It could prevent pathogen invasion during anthrium test-tube plantlet temporary planting by using disinfectant imported medium and spraying 0.1% carbendazol, and the transplanted survival rate was more than 95%.
