Soybean yield depends on flower quantity for pod bearing, pod falling off is the adaptation response of soybean to environment stress. On the basis of summarizing reasons for soybean failure to pod bearing, such as improper selection of varieties, improper sowing date, continuous cropping, high planting density, high temperature and drought,nutrient deficiency, a series of preventive measures were proposed to provide theoretic basis for high-yield production and improvement of economic benefits.
