三倍体毛白杨纤维形态变异的研究

摘    要:为了择优选用最佳品系和确定最佳工艺成熟期,为浆纸性能评价作初步的探索,该研究采用KAJANNI和XWY2纤维自动分析仪对9个三倍体毛白杨无性系和1个普通二倍体毛白杨的纤维形态在品系间、株内径向的变异规律进行了研究.结果表明,纤维长度在幼龄期增长迅速,在树龄为5~7a之间达到最大值,以后趋于稳定;纤维宽度的变化规律是在25~30μm之间不规则地波动;长宽比的变化规律与纤维长度的变化规律基本一致.三倍体毛白杨和二倍体毛白杨之间的纤维特性又有较大的区别,主要体现在三倍体毛白杨的纤维长度长和长宽比大,而且三倍体的纤维长度达到(峰值)稳定的时间较短.

Abstract:In order to choose the best Populus tomentosa Carr. triploid clone and ascertain their best maturity period, the research is conducted focusing on the variation in the fiber morphology of 9 triploid clones and 1 normal clone of Populus tomentosa by adopting fiber automatic analytical apparatus KAJANNI and XWY2. Results indicate that fiber length increased rapidly at young stage. The fiber length comes up to the maximum when the age of tree is about 5~7 years and then becomes stable. Fiber width ranges from 25 to 30?μm. The regulation of ratio of length to width is similar to the fiber length's. Many differences between triploid and normal clones exist. Compared with normal clones, the fiber length and the ratio of length to width of triploid clones are bigger, and the time of coming up to the maximum for the fiber length is shorter.
