| 摘 要： | 利用高效液相色谱法（HPLC），以兽药头孢氨苄治疗奶牛乳腺炎后在牛奶中的残留为对象，研究其在牛奶中的残留规律。结果表明，采用肌肉注射和静脉注射10g头孢氨苄治疗，弃奶时间都以2.5d比较适合。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the author adopts the method of the Highly Effective Liquid phase Chromatography(HPLC),by making the Cephalexin's residua in milk after treating the cow mastitis as an object,to make scientific research on Cephalexin's Residual rule in Milk.In the experiment,the author respectvely treats the cow by means of the Intramuscular injection and Intravenous injection.The findings shows that it is more suitable to discard the milk in 2.5 days. |
