澳大利亚的森林资源与林业政策

主要介绍了土耳其林木种苗生产、营造林和森林防火现状和管理模式。土耳其种苗管理机构健全，生产自成体系，实行专业化和基地化生产，种苗生产与造林任务衔接紧密。在营造林上实行由上至下两条垂直营林管理体制，以及国家营造林生产封闭式的计划管理模式。在造林、营林投资上，采取国家投入和以林养林相结合的办法。土耳其十分重视发展林区与周边群众关系,改善林区群众生活，林区稳定，森林资源得到了有效保护。在森林防火上，土耳其通过开防火隔离带，落实防火责任，加强森林防火、灭火队伍与技术装备建设，加强森林火灾监测等，有效地控制了森林火灾。

Forest Resources and Forestry Policy in Australia

In this review, an attempt is made to give a brief introduction to the changes and development trends in the forest resources and forestry policy in Australia in the past 10 years based on the country report by the Forests Branch, Commonwealth Department of Primary Industries and Energy, Australia. Hopefully, what is reviewed in this paper will be useful for forestry policy making in the sustainable forestry development in China.
