摘    要:以珍汕97/明恢63的一个含234个重组自交系的F6:7群体为材料, 通过以性状和分子标记为基础的方法在该群体中分离了每穗实粒数和千粒重这两个性状的近等基因系及对这两个性状有效应的QTL标记位点和两两互作位点的近等基因系。 在重组自交系RIL65和RIL197家系内分别分离了每穗实粒数和千粒重的近等基因系。 在重组自交系RIL54

Abstract:An F7 recombinant inbred population of 234 lines (RILs) was used to extract near isogenic lines (NILs) by trait based and marker based methods. Near isogenic lines for grains per panicle and 1000 grain weight were extracted from recombinant inbred lines 65 and 197, respectively. Near isogenic lines for QTL marker locus RZ403 and interacted locus pair C1023 and C794 were also obtained from recombinant inbred lines 54 and 240, respectively. These near isogenic lines were precious genetic materials for exactly mapping QTL and studying the effects of QTL and epistasis.
