摘    要:研究了相同光强不同光质对‘丰香’草莓果实花青苷、酚类物质及类黄酮物质含量的动态变化。结果表明:在不同光膜条件下,草莓果实花青苷含量从大到小依次为:黄膜>绿膜>中性膜>蓝膜>红膜,与远红光/红光比例相关;而酚类物质的含量变化则是蓝膜>绿膜>黄膜>中性膜>红膜,与红光/远红光的比例成负相关;类黄酮物质含量与酚类物质含量变化趋势一致。

Abstract:The influence of different light films under identical light intensity on the changes of anthocyanin,phenolic and flavonoid compounds of strawberry fruits was studied.The results showed: the anthocyanin content determined under different light films in the order: yellow film>green film and white film>blue film>red film,which were correlated with far-red/red ratios;phenolic content: blue film>green film>yellow film>white film>red film,which were correlated with red/far-red(R/FR)ratios negatively.The flavonoi...
