摘 要: | 为合理开发利用乌纠,获得较多的乌纠黄酮,采用超声波辅助法提取苗药乌纠中的黄酮,并利用响应曲面法设计试验确定苗药乌纠中黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件。结果表明:在乙醇体积分数65%,提取时间90min,提取温度72℃,液料比33∶1(mL∶g)条件下,乌纠黄酮的溶出率达1.28%,RSD为1.13%。

Optimization of Ultrasonic-assisted Extraction Technology of Flavonoids from Wet jiub |

Abstract: | The ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology is used in extracting flavonoids from W.jiub and the optimum extraction conditions are determined by the response surface method to rational develop and utilize W.jiub and obtain more flavonoids from W.jiub.Results:The dissolution rate of flavonoids from W.jiub is 1.28% with 1.13% RSD under the optimum extraction conditions of 65% ethanol content,90 min,72℃ and 33 ∶ 1 (mL ∶ g) of liquid-solid ratio. |
