重庆烟区烟叶理化指标的适宜区间

摘    要:为探明重庆烟区烤烟主要理化指标的适宜区间,定点选取2015年重庆烟区典型产烟县彭水县的润溪、大垭、龙塘、郎溪、靛水以及武隆县的双河、土坎、巷口、仙女山等9个乡镇的149份C3F烤烟样品,综合评吸质量得分及质量档次评价,运用数理统计分析所取样品的主要理化指标。结果表明:重庆烟区烟叶可划分为最优样品、优选样品和一般样品3类,其中,感官质量较好样品主要理化指标填充值适宜范围为2.6~3.2cm3/g,最优范围为2.6~2.8cm3/g;叶片长度适宜范围为55~65cm;平衡水分适宜范围为13.0%~14.5%,最优范围为13.5%~14.5%;叶面密度适宜范围为3.5~5.5mg/cm2,最优范围为3.5~4.0mg/cm2;烟碱含量适宜范围为1.6%~3.4%,最优范围为1.6%~2.6%;总糖含量适宜范围为24%~35%,最优范围为27%~35%;还原糖含量适宜范围为24%~32%,最优范围为27%~32%;总氮含量适宜范围为1.5%~2.4%,最优范围为1.5%~1.8%;全氯含量适宜范围为0.1%~0.3%;糖碱比适宜范围为6~16,最优范围为9~16。

Optimum Range of Tobacco Physicochemical Indexes in ChongqingTobacco-planting Area
Abstract:The comprehensive smoking quality and quality level of 149 C3F samples collected from nine villages and towns of Pengshui and Wulong tobacco-planting Counties in Chongqing in 2015 were evaluated by analyzing main physicochemical indexes of tobacco to verify the optimum range of main tobacco physicochemical indexes in Chongqing tobacco-planting area.Results: The tobacco samples from Chongqing tobacco-planting area can be divided into three groups of optimum sample, preferred sample and common sample.The suitable and optimum range in filling value of tobacco samples with good sensory quality is 2.6~3.2 cm3/g and 2.6~2.8 cm3/g.The suitable range of leaf length is 55~65 cm.The suitable and optimum range of equilibrium moisture,leaf area density, nicotine content, total sugar content, reducing sugar content, total nitrogen content and sugar/nicotine ratio are 13.0%~14.5% and 13.5%~14.5%, 3.5~5.5 mg/cm2 and 3.5~4.0 mg/cm2,1.6%~3.4% and 1.6%~2.6%, 24%~35% and 27%~35%, 24%~32% and 27%~32%, 1.5%~2.4% and 1.5%~1.8% and 6~16 and 9~16 respectively.The suitable range of total chlorine is 0.1%~0.3%.
