中医医院中医护理技术临床应用现状及培训需求调查

目的 了解湖南省各级中医医院中医护理技术的临床应用现状及护理人员对中医护理技术的培训需求。方法 采用自制问卷对湖南省4所中医医院851名护理人员进行问卷调查。结果 18项中医护理技术中临床应用最广泛的分别是穴位敷贴（703/851,82.61%）、耳穴贴压（696/851,81.79%）、穴位注射（672/851,78.97%）;麦粒灸的开展率最低（102/851,11.16%）;16项特色中医护理技术开展较多的分别是火疗法（351/851,41.25%）、足底按摩（185/851,21.74%）、梅花针（166/851,19.51%）;中医护理技术和中医护理基础理论培训需求率分别为98.94%（842/851）和97.53%（830/851）。结论 中医护理技术的临床应用还有一定局限性,但护理人员对中医护理继续教育需求迫切、强烈。建立易于护理人员接受、切实可行的中医护理继续教育模式,对促进中医护理技术的发展应用具有积极意义。

Clinical Application Status and Training Needs Survey of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Technology in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital

Objective To understand the current situation of clinical application of TCM nursing technology in TCM hospitals at all levels in Hunan Province and the training needs of nursing staff for TCM nursing technology. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 851 nursing staff from 4 TCM hospitals in Hunan Province using self-made questionnaires. Results Among the 18 TCM nursing techniques, the most widely used in clinical practice were acupoint application (703/851, 82.61%), auricular point application (696/851, 81.79%) and acupoint injection (672/851, 78.97%). The development rate of wheat moxibustion was the lowest (102/851, 11.16%). The 16 featured TCM nursing techniques with frequent applications were fire therapy (351/851, 41.25%), foot massage (185/851, 21.74%) and plum blossom needle (166/851, 19.51%). The demand rates for TCM nursing technology and basic theory of TCM training were 98.94% (842/851) and 97.53% (830/851), respectively. Conclusion There are some limitations in the clinical application of TCM nursing technology, but nurses have a strong demand for TCM nursing continuing education. It is of positive significance for promoting the development and application of TCM nursing technology to establish a practical and feasible mode of TCM nursing continuing education which is easy for nurses to accept.
