| 摘 要： | 美国侧柏扦插为皮部生根，以珍珠岩50％ 腐殖土50％生根效果为最好，其他基质影响效果由强至弱依次为蛭石、河沙、壤土和粘土。

| Abstract: | The study on the cuttage growing seedling technology of Thuja occidentalis L. shows that it is phloem-rooting.With 50% pearlite mixed up 50% numus soil,we got the best rooting rate.The effective seguence from high to low of other base materials is vermiculite,river sand,loam and clay. |
