发酵蚕蛹豆粕粉替换鱼粉对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标及器官指数的影响

摘    要:本试验旨在研究发酵蚕蛹豆粕粉替换鱼粉对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标及器官指数的影响,及确定其适宜的替换水平。选用120头(28±1)日龄断奶、初始体重为(7.64±0.67)kg的健康"杜×长×大"三元杂交仔猪,分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,3个试验组分别用发酵蚕蛹豆粕粉替换基础饲粮中25%、50%、100%的鱼粉。预试期3 d,正试期21 d。结果表明:1)各组试验全期平均日增重、平均日采食量(ADFI)、料重比均差异不显著(P0.05),但对照组第1周ADFI显著高于25%替换组(P0.05),50%、100%替换组第2周ADFI显著高于25%替换组(P0.05)。2)25%替换组血清总胆固醇含量显著高于对照组(P0.05),25%替换组血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量显著高于对照组和50%替换组(P0.05),25%替换组血清载脂蛋白B含量显著高于50%替换组(P0.05),对照组血清总蛋白含量显著高于50%替换组和100%替换组(P0.05)。3)各组腹泻率、器官指数、血清免疫球蛋白含量均差异不显著(P0.05)。综合各项指标,发酵蚕蛹豆粕粉可替代饲粮中25%的鱼粉,而不影响断奶仔猪的生长性能。

Abstract:This article aimed to investigate the effect of replacement of fish meal by fermented silkworm pupa and soybean meal on growth performance, serum biochemical indexes and organ indexes of weaned piglets, and to find the appropriate replacement level. The experiment selected 120 healthy, average weight ( 7. 64 ± 0.67) kg and weaning age of (28±1) d Duroc×Landrace×Large crossbred piglets, divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates per groups and 10 piglets per replicate. Piglets in the control group were fed a basal diet, and the others in the experiment groups were fed the diets which used fermented silkworm pupa and soybean meal to re?place 25%, 50% and 100% fish meal in basal diet, respectively. Preliminary feeding period and trail period were 3 and 21 d respectively. The results showed as follows:1) there were no significant differences in the av?erage daily gain, average daily feed intake (ADFI) and feed to gain ratio among all groups (P>0.05), but the ADFI of control group during the first week was significantly higher than that of 50% replacement group ( P<0.05) , and the ADFI of 50% and 100% replacement groups during the second week was significantly higher than that of 25% replacement group ( P<0.05) . 2) The serum total cholesterol content of 25% replace?ment group was significantly higher than that of control group ( P<0.05); the serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol content of 25% replacement group was significantly higher than that of control and 50% replacement group ( P<0.05);the serum apoprotein B content of 25% replacement group was significantly higher than that of 50% replacement group ( P<0.05);the serum total protein content of control group was significantly higher than that of 50% and 100% replacement groups ( P<0.05) . 3) The diarrhea rate, organ indexes and serum im?muneglobulin contents showed no significant differences among all groups ( P>0.05) . All the currently availa?ble data demonstrate that 25% fish meal in diet can be replaced by fermented silkworm pupa and soybean meal, and has no influence on the growth performance of weaned piglets.
