杜仲叶对绵羊营养物质消化利用、生长性能及屠宰性能的影响

摘    要:杜仲叶是优质的粗饲料兼具药物活性物质,本试验旨在研究杜仲叶对绵羊营养物质消化利用、生长性能及屠宰性能的影响。选择30只体质健康、年龄和体重相近的绵羊(湖羊),随机分为3组,每组10只羊,分别为对照组(饲喂无杜仲叶的基础饲粮,CTL组)、低水平杜仲叶组(饲粮中含10%的杜仲叶,EUL1组)和高水平杜仲叶组(饲粮中含20%的杜仲叶,EUL2组),进行饲养试验和消化代谢试验。结果表明:饲粮中添加不同水平的杜仲叶对绵羊的末重、增重、采食量、日增重有显著影响(P0.05),对能量和氮的消化率、沉积率有显著影响(P0.05),对钙、磷的消化率和沉积率无显著影响(P0.05),对屠宰率和胴体净肉率有显著影响(P0.05),对胴体重、净肉重、骨重、骨肉比无显著影响(P0.05)。由此可见,杜仲叶对绵羊营养物质消化率、利用率及生长性能和屠宰性能等有明显的影响,影响程度与杜仲叶的用量有关。

Abstract:Eucommia ulmoides leaf was a kind of high quality roughage that has many active nutrients. This ex-periment was conducted to study the effects of Eucommia ulmoides leaves on nutrient digestion and utilization, growth performance and slaughtering performance of sheep. Thirty healthy lambs ( Hu sheep) with the similar age and body weight were randomly divided into three groups with ten lambs per group, which were named control group ( normal ration, without Eucommia ulmoides leaves, CTL group) , low level of Eucommia ul-moides leaves group ( ration with Eucommia ulmoides leaves instead of 10% of roughage, EUL1 group) and high level of Eucommia ulmoides leaves group ( ration with Eucommia ulmoides leaves instead of 20% of roughage, EUL2 group) for the feeding experiment and metabolism experiment. The results showed that dieta-ry supplemented with different levels of Eucommia ulmoides leaves had significant effects on final weight, body weight gain, feed intake and daily gain of sheep ( P<0.05) , also had significant effects on the digestibility and deposition rate of energy and nitrogen ( P<0.05) , had no significant effects on the digestibility and deposition rate of calcium and phosphorus ( P>0.05) , had significant effects on the dressing percentage and percentage of carcass net muscle ( P<0.05) , and had no significant effects on the carcass weight, meat weight, bone weight and meat to bone ratio (P>0.05). In conclusion, Eucommia ulmoides leaves greatly affect the ratio of feeds digestion and utilization as well as growth and slaughtering performance of sheep, the improvement degree is related to the level of Eucommia ulmoides leaves.
