激素的不同剂量对小鼠超数排卵的影响

目的]通过对小鼠超数排卵激素剂量和对其后代进行控制的研究,逐渐将这些技术运用到其它动物上,以加快其品种的改良,提高优良品种及个体的利用率.方法]以昆明系小白鼠为实验动物,取性成熟个体,先进行发情鉴定,确定其发情周期及不同的阶段,然后按发情阶段分组,分别用5和10 IU剂量的孕马血清促性腺激素和人绒毛膜促性腺激素进行超排处理并与公鼠合笼,在见栓后的第3.5 d冲胚,对所得胚胎进行鉴定.结果]对157只小鼠进行了发情鉴定.对40只小鼠在其发情周期的不同阶段进行了超排处理,发现10 IU剂量时,胚胎的质量和数量都优于5 IU.结论]在小鼠发情周期中的间情后期和发情初期这两个阶段用5和10 IU的剂量进行超排,都能得到良好的效果,以发情初期的10 IU剂量效果最好.

Effect of Different Doses about Hormone on Superovulation of Mouse

Objective] In order to apply superovulation for controlling the mouse’s offspring and use these techniques for other animals,to promote the species or breed improvement and increase the use efficiency of surperior variety,the hormone doses of superovulation techniques of mouse were manipulated.Method]Adult mice of Kunming system were used as experiment animals.After judgement of oestrus,the oestrus period and oestrus stage were determined,then those mice were grouped depending on oestrus stage.The mice were dealed with 5IU and 10IU dosage of PMSG and HCG to make them be superovulated,afterwords were mated individually with the male mice together at same cage.The embryoes were detected out and evaluated after 3.5 days when the plug had been seen.Result]The oestrus cycle of 157 mice were investigated.Forty mice were superovulated according to their different stage of oestrus cycle,the result was shown that number and quality of embryos superovulated in 10IU was better than that in 5IU.Conclusion]The better results may be obtained when the mice were superovulated at the early oestrus stage and the later stage of the oestrus cycle with 5IU and 10IU dosage,respectitively,however the best was at the early oestrus stage with 10IU dosage.
