基于能值分析理论的草业生态经济系统可持续发展评价体系

简要介绍了OdumHT创立的能值分析理论、能量分析与能值分析的主要区别以及能值分析在草业系统中应用的实际意义。在现行的可持续发展度量方法中,很难有效地解决环境和资源在经济体系中的价值问题,而能值理论在此方面有了一个很好的尝试。所以,本文提出了以能值分析(EmergyAnalysis)为理论支撑的草业生态经济系统可持续发展的评价指数,为正确认识草业资源环境的重要性和草业战略决策的科学化提供理论支持。

Evaluation of Sustainability Based on Emergy Analysis in Ecological Economic System of Grassland Industry

The paper outlines the emergy analysis theory devised by H.T.Odum,and tells the difference between energy analysis and emergy analysis,as well as the functional significance of applying the theory to the grassland industry.The commonly-used system of evaluation the sustainable development could hardly measure accurately the value of environment and natural resources in the entire economic system;which,nevertheless,has been tried with better results with methods evolved from the theory of emergy analsis.The present paper puts forth the emergy-based indices to evaluate the grassland industry's ecological-economic system that ensures a sustainable development,in order to help signify the importance of environment and natural resources to the grassland industry,and to present theoretical support to a scientific policy-making for the development of forage industry in the country.
