西宁市林业植物调运检疫问题及对策

随着西宁市南北两山绿化工程、城区绿化建设的实施,造林绿化苗木调入量急剧增加,温室花卉、原木源源不断地调入西宁市,给调运检疫工作带来很大挑战,违章调运、漏检、逃检现象时有发生,笔者结合自己的工作,分析了违章调运现象产生的原因,并提出了预防对策。
