| 摘 要： | 本试验建立了一种三联PCR方法,可以同时检测猪伪狂犬病、蓝耳病和猪圆环病毒2型感染。利用该方法对来自26个发病猪场的30个病料进行了检测,检测结果再与单联PCR方法检测结果对比,得出两者平均符合率为93%。表明该方法是一种高度敏感、特异性强的检测方法,可以运用于临床诊断。

| Abstract: | A Trilogy PCR had been established for differential diagnosis PRV,PRRSV and PCV2.We detected 30 diseased materials collected from infected pig-farms.The final result,compared with those obtained in Single-PCR,the average positive coincidence rate reached to 93.3%,it indicated that the procedure was a highly sensitivities and specific method for detecting these pathogens in pigfarms. |
