| 摘 要： | 和谐文化建设是和谐社会建设的重要组成部分，公民素质的全面提高、人际关系的和谐优化，学习型文化氛围的最终形成是理想的社会状态。而图书馆可以充分利用自身信息和资源优势，在这些方面的建设上发挥巨大作用，把自身发展自觉纳入到社会主义和谐社会这一宏大主题内，与和谐文化建设相得益彰，共同发展。
